We’re building Predicate, a platform setting the standard for how regulated blockchain applications enforce transaction rules at the smart contract layer. Predicate empowers teams to create modular, programmable policies—such as AML/CFT checks or offchain collateral requirements—that are verified before a transaction executes onchain. Our system enforces these policies with cryptographic guarantees, providing robust, scalable risk management tailored to real-world use cases.
The Role
As the Marketing Lead, you will define and amplify Predicate’s position in the market while creating a consistent, clear, and compelling narrative across all channels. You will shape how Predicate is perceived externally, ensuring that our marketing efforts drive brand progression, support customer acquisition and product initiatives, and resonate deeply with our target audiences.
Responsibilities
Marketing Processes
Create the core fundamental processes and feedback loops that define the marketing and communications function within the company.
Design the cross-functional comms between sales, product, design, and engineering to create marketing content and campaigns.
Develop metrics-driven systems to measure marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Create marketing content, campaigns, and maintain a content calendar for Twitter and LinkedIn.
Plan Predicate events on a regular schedule to foster industry relationships and collaborate with other internal functions on execution.
Coordinate with partners to plan joint events, podcasts, marketing/product campaigns, and other strategic initiatives.
Define content strategy to inform regulators on blockchain technology and Predicate.
Narrative & Storytelling
Clearly articulate Predicate and its product suite through effective marketing strategies.
Translate Predicate product design into clear, compelling messaging.
Define and communicate a strong narrative that lands across crypto-native audiences, traditional finance, and fintechs.
Produce high-quality content and thought leadership, including blog posts, research pieces, and keynote presentations.
Coordinate public appearances for Predicate including podcasts, keynote presentations, and events.
Manage website content, design, and copy to effectively convey the Predicate technology and communicate product, business, and research updates.
